The more gratitude I feel, the more beauty I see.



The fastest way to manifest anything you want in your life is to be grateful for what you already have!


Boom! That’s it… seriously! All the study and reading and visualizing are great. But when I tell you that if you do this above everything else-- live in gratitude for what you already have!--- you will manifest more and faster than you can imagine.


I am not saying it is easy, especially if you are going through a difficult time in your life, but do you want to stay in that kind of energy? Or do you want to shift it so you can start living in joy, regardless of what is going on?


Why is gratitude such an important pillar of manifestation? How does it work?


Gratitude raises our vibrational frequency. After love, it is probably the second highest vibration. Gratitude is also the antidote to scarcity and lack. When we are in lack, we lower our vibration and are no longer creating. So in fact, it is wise to think of the thing we want to manifest as having already arrived! Want to manifest a beach house? Think, talk, and write about it as if you already HAVE it.


Step 1- Get grateful, right where you are. Start small and just pick something-- Are you grateful for being alive? For the air that fills your lungs? That you were born free? Think about the things you are blessed to experience that many people in the world cannot. Put your focus there.


Over time, telling your brain that you are blessed beyond measure will set it on the path to looking for evidence of other blessings in your life. This isn't magic...it is your Reticular Activating System doing its job!


Step 2- Keep your vibration high and avoid feelings of lack or scarcity. Dance to music you love! Listen to uplighting podcasts or Ted Talks. Spend time in nature. All of these activities raise our vibration. When we start focusing on what we don't have, that vibration drops. Additionally, if we focus on the need or urgency of something we've just left the field of creation and manifesting energy dwindles.


Step 3- Let it go. Chasing and obsessing is a form of lack. State your gratitude for the desired object/event/experience you "already have" and picture your life in the future enjoying it!
